Meet Our Founder
Natalija is a scientist by profession and humanitarian at heart. She holds a Bachelor’s in Medical and Health Sciences and a Master of Science in Food Science, where she worked on projects involving microbiology, quality and safety improvement plus new product innovation to name a few.
Most recently, Natalija worked as a Research and Development Technologist at a manufacturer in the health products industry. In this lab-based role, she focused on designing and formulating new products, developing prototypes in test kitchens, and conducting factory-scale trials. Her work also involved product testing to ensure safety and quality. She collaborated closely with suppliers, regulatory teams, and quality control. That’s why Guardian Innovations is different – Natalija has hands-on experience in turning ideas into effective products that people can trust.
Throughout her career, Natalija has been passionate about preventive health initiatives and community projects. Her voluntary medical work in hospitals, along with her involvement in not-for-profit health programs, helped shape her understanding of the importance of hygiene and preventive health care. This humanitarian-driven mission paired with her scientific background and passion for good health is central to everything she does at Guardian Innovations.

With vulnerable health issues of her own, including gut sensitivities, hygiene has always been a necessity on her travels. Her background in medical health and food sciences means she knows firsthand how crucial hygiene is, especially when travelling abroad. After being caught in places where hygiene wasn’t accessible, she knew there had to be a better way.
"I wanted to create something that could provide reassurance for people. There were so many times when I couldn't fully embrace my experiences when travelling because I was worried about hygiene. I felt frustrated that I wasn't prepared enough. I created Handy Sheets to cultivate the peace of mind that comes with preparation."
